Steps to do to mark a page obsolete:
- Make sure the page has no current or historical value whatsoever
- If it is somewhat valuable, but outdated, mark it Outdated
- Add the following text so that the template is visible and the page automatically added to this category:

{{Marked for removal|extra information on the reason why it will be removed or what needs to be done}}
